Oracle Outbound Product Manager - NetSuite Commerce, Omni-channel in Omaha, Nebraska
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

You will be at the forefront of one of the company s key strategicinitiatives, collaborating with the broader Commerce and ERP teams to help driveresearch and go-to-market activities for the Order Management, In Store, andCRM components of the SuiteCommerce product family.
Plan thelaunch of new products, features and releases and manage the cross-functional executionof the launch plans.
Serve asthe subject matter expert on buyers and the competition; drive quantitative andqualitative market research. Provideexpert input for battle cards and other competitive positioning.
Alignwith the SuiteSuccess team to synchronize vertical go-to-market plans with theCommerce target market and roadmap.
Collaboratewith the Commerce product management team to drive deeper market andcompetitive understanding and assist in prioritization of the roadmap.
Developproduct positioning and messaging that differentiates NetSuite Commerceproducts in the market.
Communicatethe value proposition of our products to the sales team and partners; Be asubject matter expert, supporting the sales team and partners with sales toolsand expertise.
Collaboratewith marketing to provide content that fuels awareness, thought leadership, anddemand generation.
Drivethe continuous update of demos with the Demo Excellence and SuiteSuccess teams.
7 yearsof software Product Management/Marketing experience.
Priorexperience with Order Management, POS/ In-Store systems, and CRM ispreferred.
Experiencewith B2C and B2B eCommerce is a plus.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
Self-starterwho demonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team in aglobal, fast-paced environment; collaborating with groups of subject matterexperts (SME s) from multiple disciplines and locations
Collegedegree preferred; MBA is a plus.
